Purpose

Respond to the request, determine relevant programme scope and maintain an auditable request record.

Important restriction

Do not submit patient information, clinical records or other sensitive clinical content.

Retention

Retention and deletion follow the approved organisational privacy schedule; the final schedule is pending Privacy Authority publication approval.
